• Prioritize and plan work activities using time efficiently.
• Identify and resolve problems by gathering and analyzing information and developing alternate solutions.
• Communicate store, department and job information to associates including updates from meetings and huddles.
• Ensure new associates are oriented and understand benefits.
• Support the Customer 1st team and promote the company promise.
• Delegate tasks with clear direction and monitor progress.
• Maintain punctuality and coverage during shifts and absences.
• Execute action plans, priorities and performance goals.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and safety programs.
• Stay current with ads and promotions and educate associates accordingly.
• Manage scheduling of Deli associates to meet customer demand.
• Provide actionable feedback to help teams grow and align with store goals.
• Explain product knowledge to customers and associates so resources are available.
