Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires department manager or equivalent experience.
• Strong store operations and merchandising knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong judgement solving problems, making decisions, handling complaints, arbitrating disputes and resolving grievances.
• Desire and ability to lead and manage associates across multiple departments.
• College degree or equivalent preferred; accreditation in food safety may be required within first 90 days.

Responsibilities
