Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive polite, friendly service from the deli staff.
• Achieve budgeted sales, shrink and profits for the deli department.
• Maintain inventory levels and supplies for the deli.
• Operate the department per merchandising and operational guidelines.
• Ensure product quality meets Lowes Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in the department.
• Provide guidance, training and feedback to deli hosts for performance.
• Handle product preparation, receiving, ordering and stocking as needed.
• Manage labor budget and scheduling within the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Conduct PA announcements as required.
