Lowes Foods is seeking a Deli Manager to lead the deli team across stores in Concord, Kannapolis, Mooresville and Harrisburg. You will supervise guest service, merchandising and department operations to ensure quality and safety in the deli department.

You will train staff to meet performance standards, manage inventory and labor, and uphold Lowes Foods standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role supports a family-owned grocer known for great pay and benefits.

Formación

• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Knowledge of deli operations.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Store Manager and Merchandiser.
• Ability to work well with computers.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure guests receive polite, friendly service from the deli department staff.
• Achieve budgeted sales, shrink and profits for the deli department.
• Maintain desired level of inventory and supplies.
• Operate the department according to merchandising and operational guidelines and programs.
• Ensure the quality of product for sale meets Lowes Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department according to Lowes Foods standards.
• Provide guidance, orientation, training and feedback to ensure deli department hosts achieve satisfactory performance standards.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking and guest service as necessary to achieve standards.
• Maintain department’s labor budget and scheduling standards.
• Performs PA announcements.
