Responsibilities

• Oversee daily deli operations to ensure product availability and presentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory with stock rotation and replenishment.
• Ensure deli products meet safety standards and proper handling.
• Monitor quality and freshness; address unsellable items promptly.
• Coordinate merchandising, signage, and product displays to support sales.
• Review inventory trends and address shrinkage or discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and audits.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the deli department.
