Qualificações

• 3–5+ years in grocery, deli, restaurant, or food service management.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Proficient in scheduling, inventory management, and POS systems.
• Ability to lead, communicate effectively, and develop staff.

Responsabilidades

• Develop work schedules to ensure staffing and labor efficiency.
• Oversee daily deli, hot foods, bakery, catering, and prepared foods operations.
• Improve sales through promotions and seasonal events.
