Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is opening Store 283 in Indian Land, SC, Fall 2025. The Deli Manager will supervise deli operations, ensure guest service excellence, merchandising compliance, and inventory control, and step in for the Department Manager when needed.

You will lead a deli team to achieve sales goals, maintain product quality and sanitation, and manage staffing, training, and daily operations in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive polite, friendly service from the deli department staff.
• Achieve budgeted sales, shrink and profits for the deli department.
• Maintain desired level of inventory and supplies.
• Operate department according to merchandising and operational guidelines.
• Ensure deli product quality meets company standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department.
• Provide guidance and training to deli staff.
• Handle product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking, and guest service as needed.
• Manage labor budget and scheduling standards.
• Perform PA announcements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
