Job summary

Fresh Thyme Market in Minnesota is seeking a team member leader to manage scheduling, staffing, and development within the department. You will drive sales and maintain cost controls while ensuring a safe, customer-first shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists in scheduling, staffing selection, and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promotes succession planning by providing career paths and development needs.
• Supports disciplinary actions and makes recommendations concerning discharge.
• Attain P&L budgeted goals, achieving sales, labor and margin plans for the department.
• Reviews sales goals, supply costs, stock loss/shrink results and goals.
• Models exceptional, fast and friendly customer service.
• Reviews Customer Survey and feedback from previous day or week.
• Prepares, stocks, and displays merchandise appropriately.
• Ensures products are accurately priced and sale prices maintained.
