Job summary

FiveStar in Lebanon, KY is seeking Customer Service Representatives to provide a friendly, quick, and safe atmosphere for customers and fellow employees. You will conduct sales transactions, ensure the store is well stocked, and maintain a clean deli and sales floor.

The role involves greeting customers, processing transactions on a register, preparing food per guidelines, maintaining PAR levels, promoting specials, and keeping all areas clean and compliant with safety rules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to multi-task to meet customer needs.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Team player, honest, hardworking, and excellent attendance.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide FiveStar customer service by greeting, thanking, making eye contact, and engaging with customers.
• Complete fast paced, accurate sales transactions on a register.
• Prepare quality food using food service equipment per FiveStar guidelines and food safety standards.
• Maintain PAR levels in the Deli (Cold and Hot).
• Promote FiveStar specials by informing customers and suggestive selling on each transaction.
• Clean and merchandise sales areas (deli, sales floor, and cooler) to keep products visually appealing and available for customers.
• Clean floors, restrooms, parking lots, and surrounding areas around the store.
• Practice safe working habits that align with company safety rules.
• Comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
• Follow all company policies as outlined in the FiveStar employee handbook.
