FiveStar Food Mart in Bardstown, KY seeks a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, process sales at the register, stock deli items, and ensure a clean, inviting store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide FiveStar customer service by greeting, thanking, making eye contact, and engaging with customers.
• Complete fast paced, accurate sales transactions on a register and address errors in transactions.
• Prepare quality food using food service equipment according to FiveStar guidelines and food safety standards.
• Maintain PAR levels in the Deli (Cold and Hot).
• Promote FiveStar specials by informing customers and suggestive selling on each transaction.
• Clean and merchandise sales areas to ensure products are visually appealing and available for customers.
• Clean floors, restrooms, parking lots, and all other areas around the store.
• Practice safe working habits and comply with all laws and company policies.
