Job summary

FiveStar in Somerset, KY is hiring Customer Service Representatives to provide a friendly, quick, and safe atmosphere for customers and fellow employees. You will conduct sales transactions, ensure the deli is well stocked, and keep the store exceptionally clean.

Daily duties include greeting customers, completing fast-paced register transactions, preparing quality food, maintaining deli PAR levels, promoting specials, and keeping all areas tidy and safe. Equal opportunity employer.

• Basic Computer Skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, thank, engage with customers, and provide friendly service.
• Complete fast-paced, accurate sales transactions on a register and accurately account for errors.
• Prepare quality food using equipment (fryers, ovens, slicers) per FiveStar guidelines and safety standards.
• Maintain PAR levels in the Deli (Cold and Hot).
• Promote FiveStar specials by informing customers and suggesting items on each transaction.
• Clean and merchandise sales areas to keep products visually appealing and available.
• Clean floors, restrooms, parking lots, and all other store areas.
• Practice safe working habits in line with company safety rules.
• Comply with all local, state, and federal laws; follow company policies.
