Job summary

FiveStar in Kentucky is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide friendly, quick service and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment. You will greet customers, process sales, stock the deli, and promote FiveStar specials to drive sales.

This role requires the ability to work a variety of shifts, maintain safety standards, and uphold company policies while delivering excellent customer care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, thank, make eye contact, and engage to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Process fast-paced, accurate sales transactions on a register and handle mistakes.
• Prepare quality food according to FiveStar guidelines and safety standards.
• Maintain PAR levels in the Deli (Cold and Hot).
• Promote FiveStar specials and suggestive sell on each transaction.
• Clean and merchandise sales areas to keep products visually appealing and available.
• Clean floors, restrooms, parking lots, and other store areas.
• Practice safe working habits in line with company rules.
• Comply with local, state, and federal laws.
• Follow company policies in the employee handbook.
