Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Food Handler Certification.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Provide premier customer service by greeting customers and answering questions.
• Select and package products ordered by customers.
• Fill, maintain, and prepare special orders and party trays.
• Rotate and stock products.
• Operate deli equipment (meat and cheese slicers, oven, fryers, BBQs, microwave, cutting tools).
• Assist with food preparation.
• Maintain awareness of all cuisine department items (charcuterie, bakery).
• Follow safety and health guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain neat personal appearance and adhere to dress regulations.
