Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets in Liverpool, NY is seeking a friendly Deli team member to help prepare and serve fresh meats and cheeses. In this role you will slice, package, and label orders while providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

You will unload deliveries, stock cases, and keep display cases clean and well-organized. Availability includes afternoons and evenings, with weekend shifts, and the pay starts at $16.50 to $17 per hour for part-time work.

Responsibilities

• Complete customer orders by slicing, packaging and labeling products
• Provide incredible service and answer customer questions in a timely manner
• Ensure fresh and appealing deli cases and self-service cases by keeping them cleaned and well-stocked
• Unload and break down daily deliveries, stock cases, displays and backroom coolers with new and existing products/inventory; refill and rotate for freshness

Availability Requirement for this role: Afternoon, Evening (including weekends).Shifts end as late as 8pm

Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older

Pay Range: $16.50 - $17 / hour
