Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED, plus six months of customer service experience; or relevant education and experience.
• Ability to complete Initial Store Training and pass barista certification with a score of 90% or higher.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work weekends, any shift, and overtime as needed.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and projects.

• Work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Handle conflicts reasonably and cooperatively.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve issues.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Salary Range: $15.25 - $16.85
