Job summary

Cosentino's Price Chopper is seeking a reliable Deli Clerk for the Part-Time 2-9 PM shift at 1030 W. 103rd St., KCMO. You will assist customers, help in food preparation, and follow all sanitary and health-related protocols to ensure food safety.

Reporting to the Deli Manager, you will maintain cleanliness, rotate stock, greet customers, answer questions, and help with shipments and set up for deliveries. A high school diploma is preferred; a food handling permit is required within 14 days of

• Food handling permit must be obtained within 14 days of employment.
• Completion of ongoing training per Cosentino’s Learning Plan.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food prep and kitchen tasks as needed.
• Provide assistance to prep cook and kitchen staff.
• Answer customer questions and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure rotation procedures and monitor product dates.
• Maintain cleanliness of coolers and prep areas, and stock deliveries.
