Job Description

What You’ll Do:

• Provide Helpful Service: Greet guests, answer questions, and address concerns professionally to create a positive experience.
• Guest Assistance: Help locate items and answer the department phone courteously.
• Order Fulfillment: Prepare and fulfill guest orders with attention to quality.
• Customer Service: Resolve guest issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
• Quality Control: Maintain product standards, rotate stock, and ensure proper temperatures.
• Inventory Management: Keep deli supplies stocked and organized.
• Food Safety: Follow safety logs and standards diligently.
• Efficiency: Meet quantity standards by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
• Honor Commitments: Maintain regular attendance and communicate absences timely.
• Support the Team: Perform additional duties as assigned.
