Are you passionate about food service, cooking, and providing customers (guests) with delicious meal options? We seek a Deli Clerk to play a key role in food preparation and guest service in our retail grocery environment.

Job Description

What You’ll Do:

• Provide Helpful Service: Offer excellent guest service through friendly greetings, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally.
• Guest Assistance: Help guests locate items and answer the Deli Department telephone professionally.
• Order Fulfillment: Receive, prepare, and fulfill guest orders and requests with attention to quality.
• Customer Service: Address and resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure positive experiences.
• Quality Control: Inspect, rotate, maintain temperatures, and replenish deli products to high standards.
• Inventory Management: Maintain proper inventory levels and supplies.
• Food Safety: Maintain safety logs and adhere to safety standards.
• Efficiency: Meet quality standards by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
• Honor Commitments: Maintain regular attendance and communicate absences timely.
• Support the Team: Perform other duties as assigned.
