We are seeking a Deli Clerk to join our team in our retail grocery store environment, where you'll play a crucial role in food preparation and guest service.

Job Description

What You’ll Do:

As a Deli Clerk at Festival Foods, your responsibilities will include:

• Provide Helpful Service: Deliver excellent guest service through friendly greetings, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally. Your helpful attitude will make a positive impact daily.
• Guest Assistance: Help guests locate items and answer the Deli Department telephone professionally.
• Order Fulfillment: Receive, prepare, and fulfill guest orders and requests with attention to quality.
• Customer Service: Address and resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Quality Control: Inspect, rotate, maintain proper temperatures, and replenish deli products to uphold high standards.
• Inventory Management: Maintain proper inventory levels for deli supplies.
• Food Safety: Maintain food safety logs and adhere to safety standards.
• Efficiency: Meet quality standards by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
• Honor Commitments: Maintain regular attendance and provide notice for absences.
• Support the Team: Perform other duties as assigned.
