Job Title: Deli Clerk (Part Time)

Reports To: Deli Manager

If you are passionate about food service and enjoy helping customers (guests!) with meal options for any time of day, we want you on our team. You will play a key role in food preparation and guest service in our retail grocery environment.

Job Description

What You’ll Do:

• Provide Helpful Service: Offer excellent guest service with professionalism and care, making each interaction positive.
• Guest Assistance: Help guests locate items and answer the Deli Department telephone professionally.
• Order Fulfillment: Receive, prepare, and fulfill guest orders with attention to detail and quality.
• Customer Service: Address guest concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
• Quality Control: Inspect, rotate, maintain proper temperatures, and replenish deli products to high standards.
• Inventory Management: Maintain proper inventory levels and supplies.
• Food Safety: Uphold food safety standards and logs.
• Efficiency: Meet quality standards by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
• Honor Commitments: Maintain regular attendance and communicate absences appropriately.
• Support the Team: Perform other duties as assigned.
