Festival Foods in Holmen, WI is hiring a Full-Time Deli Clerk to support food preparation and guest service in our deli department. You will help guests with selections, prepare items, and ensure fresh, safe product handling in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include providing excellent service, assisting guests, processing orders, maintaining safety logs, and supporting deli operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with strong service orientation.
• Clear communication, both oral and written.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly in a busy store.
• Knowledge of safety policies and proper equipment handling.
• Understanding of deli/food retail operations and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Provide Excellent guest service and greet guests professionally.
• Help guests locate items and answer deli department calls.
• Receive, prepare, and fulfill guest orders with attention to detail.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly using positive, proactive approach.
• Inspect, rotate, and maintain deli products and temperatures.
• Maintain deli storage inventory and organization of supplies.
• Lead by example in following food safety practices and logs.
• Meet quality standards by completion times (10am & 5pm).
• Attend shifts as scheduled and coordinate replacements as needed.
• Support the team with additional duties as assigned.
