The role offers flexible weekday/weekend shifts, weekly pay, and comprehensive associate benefits. The Deli Clerk reports to the Deli Manager and helps deliver tasty meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpful guest service and greeting; respond to questions and handle guest concerns.
• Assist guests in locating items and answer store/phone inquiries professionally.
• Receive, prepare, and fulfill guest orders with attention to quality.
• Address guest concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience using the boomerang principle.
• Inspect and rotate deli products; maintain proper temperatures and replenish displays.
• Maintain deli storage inventory including containers, lids, and labeling.
• Lead by example in following food safety logs and safety standards.
• Work efficiently to meet quantity standards by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
• Attend shifts reliably and arrange replacements when needed.
• Support the team with other duties as assigned.
