Responsibilities

• Provide Helpful Service: providing excellent guest service in every interaction.
• Guest Assistance: help guests locate items and answer calls.
• Order Fulfillment: receive, prepare, and fulfill guest orders and requests.
• Customer Service: address guest concerns promptly.
• Quality Control: inspect and rotate deli products to maintain high standards.
• Inventory Management: maintain deli storage inventory levels and supplies.
• Food Safety: lead by example with food safety logs and standards.
• Efficiency: meet quality standards by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
• Honor Commitments: maintain regular attendance and arrange replacements as needed.
• Support the Team: perform other duties as assigned.
