Festival Foods in Sheboygan is seeking a Part-Time Deli Clerk to join our grocery team. You will help guests with meal options, assist with deli preparation, and provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

You will work weekdays, weekends, and holidays with weekly pay and benefits. We value guest-focused service, food safety, and teamwork, and we will train you to maintain high quality standards from 10 am to 5 pm.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused service ability to greet and assist guests.
• Clear communication with guests and team members.
• Understanding of safety policies and proper slicer training.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpful guest service with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Assist guests in locating items and answer questions over the phone.
• Receive, prepare, and fulfill guest deli orders and special requests.
• Address guest concerns promptly with a positive experience.
• Inspect and rotate deli products to maintain quality and safety.
• Maintain deli storage and inventory levels.
• Lead food safety practices and adhere to safety standards.
• Meet quality standards by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
• Maintain regular attendance and arrange replacements as needed.
• Support the team with additional duties as assigned.
