ACME Markets, Inc. is hiring a Deli Clerk to prepare fresh foods, assist customers, and keep the deli counter inviting and efficient. You’ll slice meats, assemble grab-and-go items, and help customers choose options with friendly service.

You will also stock displays, monitor freshness, and operate slicers and prep equipment safely. Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate slicers and food preparation equipment following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math skills for weighing, portioning, and transactions.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior food service or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold deli items and assist customers with selections.
• Maintain organized displays, restock, and ensure product freshness.
