**Job Responsibilities:**

• Rotate, stock, and straighten merchandise and supplies.
• Price all merchandise correctly according to departmental guidelines.
• Wrap and package products properly, using the correct size tray and plastic wrap or container.
• Perform housekeeping duties using available equipment (mops, brooms, floor scrubbing and buffing machines, etc.).
• Operate tools and equipment safely, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
• Clean deli-bakery tools and equipment regularly.
• Follow proper procedures for producing bakery/deli products.
• Stand and walk at a rapid pace for extended periods to perform job functions.
• Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

**Additional Responsibilities:**

• Maintain a neat and clean work area.
• Perform all job functions efficiently with limited supervision.
• Decorate cakes if required.
• Unload truck deliveries using available equipment, following guidelines.
• Work in temperature extremes, including frozen foods and storage coolers (-10°F).
• Order products according to guidelines in the absence of the deli manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

**Job Standards/Requirements:**
