Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years retail experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Rotational store assignments in meat, bakery, produce and deli are helpful.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, resolve root issues, and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to analyze financial/statistical information to inform decisions.
• Experience teaching suggestive selling and mentoring team members.
• Commitment to safe work practices and successful certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, directs and supervises deli/bakery team in daily operations.
• Mentors and coaches team members; involved in promotion decisions.
• Manages staffing, hiring and scheduling to meet needs.
• Controls P&L, drives sales, and reduces shrink.
