Qualifications

• Ability to lead and manage a team.

• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Ability to use technical information to solve problems.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job function.
• Accredited by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals or will be required to attend training to achieve accreditation within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager.
• Daily management of labor and coaching of associates to meet productivity expectations.
• Provide leadership to promote a culture aligned with the Brand Strategy and Culture.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Maintain customer-focused, fast, friendly service and a positive shopping experience.
• Ensure department appearance, quality, variety, safety and sanitation are maintained.
• Ensure schedules are written to provide extraordinary customer service.
