Responsibilities

• Supervise the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager.
• Daily labor management and coaching to meet productivity expectations.
• Provide leadership aligned with Brand Strategy and Culture.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and department appearance consistent with company policies.
• Collaborate on ordering, receiving, display and inventory procedures.
• Monitor shrink and implement loss-prevention measures.
• Maintain compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
