Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Friendly, helpful attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication with customers and teammates.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful service while maintaining a professional demeanor and enhancing the customer’s shopping experience (G.O.A.T).
• Handle customer concerns or complaints politely and professionally, and elevate to upper management when necessary.
• Service Deli: greet customers, answer questions, fulfill product requests; prepare deli items; slice, weigh, label and merchandise.
• Bakery: assist customers, assist with baking prep, decorate cakes, and maintain display cases.
• Stock Crew: unload pallets, stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain area cleanliness.
• Other duties: follow policies, maintain safety standards, and support multiple departments as needed.
