Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager, including supervising the performance of all duties and responsibilities of Deli Bakery HMS Associates.
• Daily management of labor and coaching of associates to achieve productivity expectations.
• Provide leadership and motivation within the store to promote a culture reflective of our Brand Strategy and Culture.
• Support the achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Promote fast, easy, friendly customer service and create a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Role model outstanding customer service and use product knowledge to meet or exceed customers' expectations.
• Control store expenses through proper ordering, care for supplies and equipment.
• Understand and use company tools and reports for scheduling, productivity, ordering, and business information systems.
