Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to bend, kneel and stand for long periods.
• Good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive polite, friendly service from the deli/bakery staff.
• Achieve budgeted sales, shrink and profits for the deli/bakery department.
• Maintain inventory and supplies.
• Operate the department according to merchandising and programs.
• Ensure quality of product meets Floco Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department.
• Provide guidance, training and feedback to deli staff.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking and guest service.
• Maintain labor budget and scheduling standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned; PA announcements.
