Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service within the Deli Bakery Department.
• Maintain standards per the standard practice manual to maximize sales and minimize shrink.
• Ensure ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying of merchandise per policy.
• Maintain proper sanitation of department, equipment and food handling practices.
• Follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and procedures.
• Use company tools such as average cost inventory system (ACIS) and ordering (CAO).
• Wear the Food Lion uniform with name badge while on duty and present a neat appearance.
• Complete CBT, training packets and assigned training aids.
