Job summary

Harris Teeter in Fairfax, VA is seeking a part-time associate to take excellent care of customers by meeting their needs and exceeding expectations. You will handle product preparation, packaging, stocking, and ensure cleanliness and safety in accordance with Fresh Foods Standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (or modest related experience), and be willing to participate in required training while working with a team to boost customer satisfaction and sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and satisfy customers' needs to exceed expectations.
• Prepare, process, package and stock products according to Fresh Foods Standards.
• Clean work areas, unload stock, and reload salvage products per Fresh Foods Standards.
