Job summary

Military Deli & Bakery Services at Fort Carson is seeking a part-time Deli Bakery Associate to serve our military patrons with friendly, efficient service. You will slice meats and cheeses, prepare party trays, stock displays, and help with bakery tasks as needed.

This role offers up to 29 hours per week, weekend shifts required, and benefits like PTO, holidays, 401k, and flexible scheduling while working in a fast-paced, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Willing to cross-train in bakery and deli tasks as needed.
• Effective and friendly communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math and the ability to follow written guidelines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to stand and walk short distances for an entire shift.
• Tolerates working in freezers for up to 20 minutes at a time.
• Team player.
• Grocery, food service or retail experience a plus!
• Some weekend shifts are required.

Responsibilities

• Other duties may include cake decorating, baking, rotisserie chicken preparation, or other deli/bakery tasks as needed.
