Job summary

Grand Portage Lodge & Casino Deli is seeking a friendly, quick-service Deli Clerk to take and serve food orders and assist with related duties under supervision.

This on-site position requires a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent), good math skills, and strong customer service abilities. Candidates must be at least 18 and prepared for a background check and pre-employment drug testing. Tip-based compensation is available.

Location: Grand Portage Lodge & Casino Deli

Closing Date: When Filled

Wage Range: $13.00 hour + tips

Description: Responsible for providing courteous and rapid service to customer by taking and serving food orders and any other job related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Education: High school diploma or general education degree; or up to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications: Good math skills desired. Must have customer service skills and ability to work well with others. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Grand Portage requires a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing for all positions. American Indian Preference will apply.
