Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking a deli team member to slice, package, weigh and sell deli items, maintaining presentation and cleanliness of the deli department. You will assist members and ensure accurate weighing and pricing, while upholding food safety standards.

Responsibilities include stocking and rotating deli products, handling shipments, and providing friendly service. Regular attendance and teamwork are essential to keeping our deli running smoothly and meeting member expectations.

Qualifications

• Deli department experience is preferred.
• Experience operating manual/power slicers and scales preferred.
• Knowledge of deli products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides a high level of customer service to Members.
• Slices, packages, and weighs deli products.
• Displays, stocks, rotates, and stores deli products following safety standards.
• Operates and cleans deli equipment and surfaces.
• Maintains product freshness and quality; checks for out-of-date items daily.
• Performs other duties as assigned; maintains attendance as required.
