Heinen’s, Inc. in Bannockburn, IL, is seeking a part-time Deli Associate to join our grocery team. You will prioritize daily tasks, learn deli operations, coordinate orders, assist with stocking, and ensure food safety and quality standards.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Production-driven with the ability to work continuously on repetitive tasks, while standing.
• Able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work the non-traditional five-day work schedule, including Saturday, Sunday, and evenings.

• Collaborates with team members to complete daily tasks as needed, including scanning and recording shrink, order writing, stocking, rotating, and merchandising.

• Attends required corporate meetings and training classes.
• Complies with all personal and food safety company standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
