Job summary

ShopRite of Sussex/Wantage is seeking an Appy/Deli Manager to direct all department operations and lead associates to meet sales and customer service goals. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and quality in a fast-paced grocery environment in Sussex, NJ.

The Manager will oversee daily functions, supervise team members, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations while promoting a positive customer experience and staff engagement.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for a scheduled shift.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. regularly and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities
