Location: Jerry's Foods North Branch Reports to: Deli Manager Classification: Part Time Union Rate of Pay: Progressive scale up to $16.50 / hour, based on experience Hours: Sunday – Saturday, varied hours Jerry’s work perks: Store Discount Employee Assistance Programs Flexible Schedule Possibility of earning an additional $3.00 / hour if you have open availability.

Position functions and job responsibilities may vary by store location.

Physical Demands and Equipment

• FREQUENT: Physical: lifting/carrying to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling 500 to 1500 pounds walking, reaching, standing, stooping/bending, squatting
• Equipment Operation: scanner, register, scale, check approval machine, coupon machine, and intercom pallet jack, highboy cart, box cutter, tongs, steamer, slicer, wrapper, knives, roaster, chicken fryer, chicken hot case, pizza oven, coffee pot, cleaning utensils
• Mental: judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing, math
• Environmental: exposure to hot and cold temperatures, hot equipment and cooking oil
• OCCASIONAL: Physical: lifting/carrying over 50 lbs., crawling
• FREQUENT: 15% of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift.
• OCCASIONAL: Approximately less than 15% of the work shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per work shift.
