Jerry’s Enterprises, Inc. in Cub Foods Plymouth is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member for a part-time union position.

The role features a progressive pay scale up to $18.00 per hour, based on experience, with Sunday–Saturday hours and varied shifts to fit the store’s needs. You will help prepare the store by keeping floors clean, carts in the store, and assisting customers and colleagues as needed.

Physical Requirements – FREQUENT

• Physical lifting/carrying to 50 lbs.
• pushing/pulling to 30 force pounds

• Equipment Operation vacuum, mop, broom, dustpan, dust mop, carts, quick cart, bins, tilt trucks, compactor, cleaning utensils

Physical Requirements – OCCASIONAL

• Physical lifting/carrying over 50 lbs.
• squatting, stooping/bending, walking

ENVIRONMENTAL: Exposure to outside conditions – hold/cold weather, wet/slippery/uneven ground, snow, rain

**FREQUENT: 15% of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift**

**OCCASIONAL:Approximately less than 15% of the work shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per work shift**
