McLane Company, Inc. is hiring for a Warehouse Delayer in Findlay, OH. The role involves manually unwrappping pallets, preparing items for storage, and ensuring pallet contents match electronic records.

The position runs Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 pm–5:30 am, with a starting pay of $20.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package after 60 days. You will work safely to prevent injuries and damage, verify weights and quantities, and handle additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.

Responsibilities

• Use technology to confirm that the physical pallet content matches the electronic description.
• Remove stretch wrap if necessary and move layers of cases from pallets to trays.
• Review, confirm, and make changes to weight and quantity in the system if needed; review tray errors.
• Rotate to the Detrash position if needed.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned.

The Delayer manually unwraps and depalletizes items from pallets to trays to prepare them for storage.
