Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Detrash teammate for our warehouse. You will perform tub replenishment, verify weights, and move products from pallets into tubs, while adhering to safety standards.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with benefits beginning on day 60, plus vacation, sick leave, holidays after 90 days, and various programs. We value teamwork, safety, and detail-oriented work.

• Verify that empty tubs are clean and a plausible weight.
• Place product from pallets into tubs.
• Check and confirm quantities against information on electronic display screen.
• Ensure that actual tub weight is within tolerance limits.

The Detrash teammate performs a variety of tub replenishing functions in the warehouse environment.

What you’ll do as a Detrash teammate:

Qualifications you’ll bring as a Warehouse Teammate:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
