Job summary

Premier Home Team invites motivated newcomers to start a real estate career with structured training and a clear growth path. You’ll receive a proven roadmap, personalized coaching, and access to systems and technology designed to fast-track your development, even with minimal experience.

As a Zillow Preferred team, you’ll work with real leads while you’re in training, gaining hands-on experience and building confidence through practical, performance‑driven activities and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• No experience required; mindset to build from ground up.
• Strong communication and people skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn and follow a proven system.

Responsibilities

• Complete PLACE Launch and the full training program.
• Run weekly lead generation activities: calls, texts, and database engagement.
• Practice and sharpen scripts through weekly training and role play.
• Respond to and engage online inquiries, including Zillow Preferred opportunities, and convert conversations into appointments.
• Consult with buyers and begin converting them to signed agreements.
• Shadow experienced agents to learn seller consultations and listing wins.
• Track all activity and client interactions in PLACE Technology.
• Host a minimum of four open houses per month.
• Turn prospecting efforts into booked appointments.
• Attend weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings, and Partner Call.
• Show up for team meetings and maintain accountability.
• Continue developing pricing, negotiation, and client communication skills.
