SOS Personnel, an experienced educational staffing agency, is recruiting Delaware-certified teachers for potential homebound instructional assignments beginning in January 2027 in New Castle County, Delaware.

These part-time, flexible, as-needed W-2 roles offer local assignments and competitive hourly pay, with opportunities to serve students in your community and work around your schedule.

Qualifications

• Active, appropriate Delaware teaching certification.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong communication and instructional skills.
• Ability to provide individualized instruction.
• Willingness to complete required background checks and clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide homebound instruction to students in assigned subjects.
• Deliver flexible, as-needed instruction in the students’ local area.
• Coordinate with SOS Personnel to schedule assignments.
• Maintain records and complete required background checks as needed.

Schedule: Flexible | Part-Time | As Needed
