Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as specified and four years professional evaluative, analytical and planning work, or seven years combined experience and education.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience leading diversity, equity, and inclusion work.

Responsibilities

• Align DOR’s DEI policies with state and national best practices.
• Create and direct implementation plans and communications strategies; devise metrics and assessments.
• Design and implement agency-wide DEI policy and standards of practice.
• Advise on budgets and spending; identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Lead policy task forces with internal staff and external stakeholders.
