Qualifications

• Five years of experience or a bachelor's degree plus two years of evaluative, analytical and planning work.
• Bachelor's degree in business/public administration, behavioral or social sciences, finance, or political science.
• Two years of professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement consistent methodologies for quantifying DMV staff activities and time studies.
• Identify and support advanced data reporting capabilities within OLIVR.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to automate task duration capture and reporting.
• Transform raw data into actionable formats for analysts and leadership.
• Assess legislative impacts on DMV operations to ensure compliant, informed decisions.
• Contribute to fee strategy development for sustainable cost recovery and service delivery.
