Job summary

National Associates, Inc. in Ohio seeks an experienced administrator to review, analyze and amend Defined Contribution plans, and to prepare summary plan descriptions, reports and recommendations.

You will prepare IRS Form 5500 and related schedules, file electronically, and develop plan amendments. You’ll coordinate with clients, accountants and regulators, and prepare loan documents and amortization schedules as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with defined contribution plans preferred.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Compile data to produce quarterly/annual allocation reports and SPD enrollment lists.
• Reconcile plan assets for each valuation period; update plan specifications.
• Prepare IRS Form 5500 and related schedules; file forms electronically.
• Prepare loan documents and amortization schedules; track repayments.
• Maintain client communications and respond to inquiries; assist with audits.
