Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Deficiency Tracking/Suspension Analyst to compile, organize and analyze patient medical records for Hospital Inpatient and Hospital Outpatient services, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and completeness.
This fully onsite role supports CMS, NJDOH, TJC compliance and HMH network policies, with a schedule Monday–Friday 8am–4:30pm; some holidays as needed. Walking and lifting up to 10 lbs may be required within HMH facilities.

The Deficiency Tracking/Suspension Analyst is responsible for compiling, organizing and analyzing patient medical records for Hospital Inpatient and Hospital Outpatient services to support the network goals for accuracy, timeliness and completeness for purposes of continued patient care, revenue and compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH), The Joint Commission (TJC) and the Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) Network policies and procedures.
This position is fully onsite Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. Holidays as needed.
