Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Deficiency Tracking/Suspension Analyst to compile, organize and analyze patient medical records for Hospital Inpatient and Hospital Outpatient services, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and completeness.

This fully onsite role supports CMS, NJDOH, TJC compliance and HMH network policies, with a schedule Monday–Friday 8am–4:30pm; some holidays as needed. Walking and lifting up to 10 lbs may be required within HMH facilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Compile, organize and analyze patient medical records for Hospital Inpatient and Hospital Outpatient services.
• Support network goals for accuracy, timeliness and completeness for patient care, revenue and compliance.
